Two popular DARK HORSE characters start out as adversaries and wind up joining forces against a powerful evil in GHOST/HELLBOY, a two-issue special mini-series from late Spring of 1996.

GHOST, the former Elisa Cameron, uses her time in the afterlife to search for the truth about her mysterious death, as well as investigating crimes in the city of Arcadia. HELLBOY is, of course, the acclaimed creation of writer/artist Mike Mignola, and is a fearsome yet humane half-demon, fighting against supernatural evils and known as the "World's Greatest Paranormal Investigator".

In this two part story, written by Mignola (and who also provided rough breakdowns and layouts for penciller Scott Benefiel to follow), GHOST receives a vision from someone calling himself 'Peace' who tells her that Hellboy is her enemy and the key to releasing her from her suffering is acquiring HELLBOY's right hand - the "Right Hand of Doom".

GHOST manages to deliver HELLBOY to this being on a mystical plane, but when he reveals himself to be ALAL the DESTROYER, who has been lying to her all along, the GHOST and HELLBOY must team up to avert the impending apocalypse.

These two copies are in pristine shape. An easy 9.0 VF/NM, and probably somewhat higher, but we like to grade conservatively and give you the best value for your money! A great story, two covers by Mignola, and great artwork for just $7 . . with our customary L•O•W shipping!
