Here's a nice, tight, beautifully-cared-for, 70-year-old Disney comic with 52 pages of story - all by the 'Good Duck Artist', Carl Barks! He did the cover too!

In the lead story, "Land of the Totem Poles", Donald is hired as a salesman on the Kickmiquick River in Northwest Canada, and learns only when he arrives there that he is to sell steam calliopes. He switches to cosmetics, and this gets him in serious trouble with a tribe of primitive Indians who have never before seen white men.

In the second story, "Trail of the Unicorn", Donald and the nephews are sent to the Himalayas to capture a Unicorn for Uncle Scrooge's private zoo. Gladstone Gander stows away on their plane, and thanks to his luck, gets all the credit--and the reward--for finding the unicorn.

Not as toned as most comics of this era, and other than a small 3/8" tear at the top of the back cover, we find no real faults evident! At 8.0 VF we think you will be very impressed with this comic, especially since we're pricing it WAY below Overstreet - like 50% OFF! PLUS FREE SHIPPING!
