Solid VG+ 4.5, cream to off white paper, foxing most notable on the back cover (minor elsewhere). A solid issue. Note this issue is about 8.5" x 10.75" so is magazine size. Issue #14 ("Peeks at Pekin", the Chinese cover) and #31 ("Public Relations") are slightly smaller and more of the old large golden age size.
Felix the Cat in "Down South" featuring stereotype cover making this an important cultural artifact of those times.
This issue is an Australian comic published by Elsmdale Publications and, as typical, the interior pages are black and white. These comics are very scarce, even the AusreprintsDotNet web site did not have a cover image of this issue until I supplied it.
