I am not a professional greater.Please see detailed pictures for your own assessment.Book presents extremely well. Cover is in great shape with strong colors and good glass. If you color breaking spine ticks are apparent with some color rub on the upper right hand corner. Otherwise, for its age, it looks fantastic. Interior pages are crisp. Only major flaw is large stain on back cover, upper right hand corner. As a result, pages are brittle with a few pieces missing. Could be cleaned, but I believe the stain would exist. Some of the stain bleeds over into the interior corners slightly.I combine shipping. Check out my similar books for additional savings.Shipped in a secure Gemini box.
