Comic books simply don't get much better than this!  A drop dead gorgeous one owner newsstand book that I cherry picked from the stands 30 years ago!  The book features like new brilliant quality and is virtually flawless.  Finding higher grade newsstand books is tough enough, finding the in super high grade like this is next to impossible. I believe the book is nice enough to pull a 9.6 NM= from any grading company, and possibly even a 9.8 NM-MT candidate.   Onr thing is for sure...... Your NOT finding a nicer newsstand copy of this classic Fantastic Four Book any time soon...... Not on this planet!
