Just a gorgeous one owner book that I cherry picked from the newsstands 30 years ago! Comic Books simply don't get much better than this!  The book displays beautiful like new quality with VERY minimal to no wear. I can't see the book pulling anything less than a 9.4 NM with any grading company, and possibly even a 9.6 NM+ on any given day.   Good luck finding a nicer newsstand copy of this key Fantastic Four Book...... Your gonna need it!
