Fantastic Four #262,. This book is a RARE MARK JEWELERS Variant. This Variant is hard to find and is less than 3% from the Publish Date. The book is in great shape and I would say around 7.0 or above. There is small water stain on back cover. I'm not a professional grader and grading is arbitrary so, please refer to the image or images for grading. PLEASE ASK FOR MORE PICTURES if you need to see a closer look.
