Some kind of variant I cant track down. Notice the price box, inner covers and the indicia. Staining, centerfold detached at top staple, spine split. Its low grade, but id expect something from the 70's encouraging kids to color the inner cover with crayons to be. Maybe this was given out in schools? Maybe its rare. Maybe it was given out to every 4th grader in nine states.
