Here is a VERY overlooked and under valued Batman book. The book features the Very 1st appearance Doctor Tzin-Tzin, Not to mention an Iconic Cover by the Legendary Carmine Infantino!  The book has been graded an very nice 8.0 VFN by the leading comic book authenticating company in the hobby, CGC. It has beautiful rich color with a perfect cover wrap! The slab is in nice condition with very minimal wear. Don't miss a chance at this one before the hobby catches on and the price starts to escalate.
