Contest of Champions II #1-5, a 5-part miniseries. These comics feature numerous Marvel characters in a fight to the death made possible by the Brood Queen, including Iron Man, Spider-Woman, Human Torch, X-Force, and X-Men. Cameo appearances are made by Black Panther, Deadpool, and Captain America…among others. How the Brood Queen survived death in Uncanny X-Men #166 is not explained in the book. Store dates were 2015/2016. They are stored in a cool, dry, smoke/pet-free environment.

Photos shown are of the actual items!!! The comics show very little wear along the spine and no tears at the staples. There is very light blunting on the spine corners of each comic. Some books have spine stress creases that lightly break the ink. Issue #1 has some mild ‘wrinkling’ on the upper back spine corner. Issue #4 has a tear near the top staple that goes through the first few pages of the book. One picture shows the color of the pages against a white background.

I believe these comics to be in NEAR MINT minus condition, or better...with the exception of Issue #1 and #4, which are below a 9.2 grade. Please see store information for my grading method and criteria for grading.
