Chili (1969) #20 FN+. Professionally graded. Pages are off-white, supple and in excellent condition, centerfold firmly attached. Spine wear and creasing, small ding at bottom spine and small crease at bottom right corner, small fold at top left corner of back (see scans). Overall an excellent copy.Scans are of the actual item.
