CAPTAIN AMERICA and the RED FALCON return to the U.S. after defeating the RED SKULL, and they part ways as the FALCON heads home to fight crime in Harlem, and CAP goes searching for Sharon Carter (hoping to resuscitate their relationship).

It leads him to a job opportunity at Manning University - a campus in turmoil, where a student firebrand named Mart Baker is goading students to demonstrate and kidnap a professor. But CAP steps in and is able to reveal that the villainous A.I.M. enterprise is using the students as pawns to achieve their ends &mdash an d scuttles their plans!
