_Condition Information: _

We attempt to provide an accurate grade to any single issue we sell. This grade can be found in the listing title using one of the following distinctions: GD (2.0), VG (4.0), FN (6.0), VF (8.0), NM (9.4), or a combination of two of them.

On lots of books, in general, almost all of the issues we sell are going to be in AT LEAST VG condition.

That being said, please look closely at the provided images of the book(s) you are buying; as you will receive exactly what is pictured.

_* Collection Information*_

This book is part of a truly special & unique collection put together by lifelong collector & later dealer, Stuart Flynn. This collection was at one point so big & unique for the time (early 1980's) that it was written about in the local newspaper.

Stuart passed away some time ago and his step-daughters Jodi & Anna have brought his collection to us to process and offer to the world. This collection is comprised of thousands of mostly golden & silver age comics, with the majority in at least mid-high grade.

Stuart's story is familiar in a way, collector turned dealer turned collector, but what sets him apart is the sheer volume of golden & silver age comics. To offer an example of the size of the quality of what we're dealing with, on most collections of approx. 40 long boxes (this collection's size) we'd be ecstatic to fill up 4-6 long boxes worth of nothing but keys/silver age or older books. With Stuart's collection, we're about 25 boxes into sorting it, and we've already filled up 22 boxes of nothing but keys/silver-older comics.

That's Insane!
The collection has a very large amount of gold & silver age Disney, non-Disney Dell, Dell Westerns, Gold Key, scores of 1st Print Classics Illustrated, EC Comics, Gold & Silver Age DC, Early Marvel, Silver Age Harvey, and Golden Age Fawcett, just to name a few.

I don't believe this collection would qualify for a pedigree on the sheer principle of "original owner" maybe not applying here as Stuart built this collection through shows & trading/buying, but the collection itself is truly one to be admired and shared. Look out for other boxes in Atlanta Classic Comics' inventory with the "JL" code as a marking that those books were Stuarts.

_Return Policy_
ALL Returns ARE accepted. We charge a 15% restocking fee for a non-shipping damaged OR disclosed defect return. Meaning, if you'd like to return a book that arrived safely as pictured with no additional or undisclosed defects, that's when the restocking fee is assessed.

We reimburse original shipping if an item is returned because it arrives damaged or with an undisclosed defect. We do not reimburse original shipping if an item is returned "just because." We do not reimburse return postage in either scenario.
