Brain Boy (1962) #1-6 complete series, very hard to find. Professionally graded (#1 VG/FN, #2 GD, #3 VG-, #4 VG, #5 VG/FN, #6 FN-).
#1: Four Color (1942 Series 2) #1330 (Brain Boy #1). Pages are off-white, supple and in excellent condition, center page and the one next to it are detached at the bottom staple. Light spine wear and spine roll, small ding at top of spine, tiny chip at bottom of spine, minor wear on top edge, narrow diagonal crease at lower right edge, light wrinkle and small nick in top edge of back cover, crease/bend at top right corner at the spine.
#2: Includes “The Strange Mr. Ozimandias” story. Pages are off-white with light tanning at the edges, supple and in excellent condition, center page detached. Spine wear, small chip at top and bottom of spine, wrinkling of front cover, diagonal crease at upper right, top and bottom right corners are rounded, creasing at right edge, finger bends and small tears in right edge, creasing at bottom right corner, small finger bend in bottom edge, small tear in left edge near the spine, other general wear consistent with the grade.
#3: Includes “The Strange Mr. Ozimandias” story. Pages are off-white, supple and in excellent condition, center page firmly attached. Light spine wear, ~1/4 inch tear at top of spine crease at top left corner at the spine, minor edge wear. Back cover: small piece missing from top left corner that may be from chewing and affects the corner of the last few pages, bend at top right corner at the spine.
#4: Includes “The Strange Mr. Ozimandias” story. Pages are off-white with tanning at the edges, supple and in excellent condition, center page firmly attached. Cover detached from bottom staple, light spine wear, tiny chip at top and bottom of spine, tears at bottom staple, minor edge wear, creasing at bottom right corner.
#5: Includes “The Strange Mr. Ozimandias” story. Pages are off-white with tanning at the edges, supple and in excellent condition, center page firmly attached. Light spine wear, small ding at top of spine, small chip at bottom of spine, minor edge wear, diagonal crease at right side that affects about half of the interior pages, back cover has very light shadowing along the edges.
#6: Includes “The Strange Mr. Ozimandias” story. Pages are off-white with a hint of tanning at the edges, supple and in excellent condition, center page firmly attached.Light spine wear, light shadowing along the top and upper right edges, light creasing at top right corner, small bends in right edge, crease at bottom right corner, light staining near lower right edge, back cover has small nicks in top edge, and small tears and nicks at the bottom left corner.
