We took this out of the bag to avoid that annoying crease you don't think would influence grading and increase value, but noooOOOOooooo. It way does. MIB doesn't actually help when it comes to comics.
Considering the ultimate unreliability due to the subjectivity of CGC rating, we have a high level of confidence that, after following guidelines from the most current Overstreet Guide to Grading Comics, we can grade this at NM/MT (9.8). BUT please look for yourself; after all it’s your money. This item is nearly perfect in every way with only minor imperfections that (maybe) keep it from a 9.9. No bindery tears. The surface is flat with no surface wear. Inks are bright with high reflectivity and minimal fading. The cover is well centered and firmly secured to interior pages. Corners are cut square and sharp. No creases. No soiling, staining or other discoloration. The spine is tight and flat with no spine roll or splits. The staples are original, centered, shiny and clean with no rust. No staple tears or stress lines. Paper is white, supple, and fresh. No hint of acidity in the odor of the newsprint.
