He's doing a signing and he doesn't do those often. This is your chance to get a well-preserved copy at an excellent price. Look at how much the price of this book has shot up. It does have white pages which is a big plus. I think I got a stingy grader. It's a little difficult to spot the crease that is mentioned in the grader's notes. Look at how small it is.
