As a 40 year serious collector I have acquired a vast inventory of most major Marvel and DC titles, as well as many Independents, Graphic Novels, Trades and hard Cover books. I believe my grading to be conservative and based on one THING, Can the book pull the said grade from Third Party Graders Like CGC, and CBCS. Ive submitted many books for grading and I have also cracked out plenty of CGC and CBCS books for my personal collection over the years. One Owner Souvenir Magazine. This 30 year old collector magazine from the classic Michael Keaton Batman has just a hint of cover wear, but still displays a nice new quality look. This is the Topps collector Magazine that features the famous Batman Pin Up poster. I believe the Mag is in 8.0- 8.5 VFN condition. Tough to find these 30 year old magazines.
* Nice Flat Spine with Clean Tight Staples (couple small stresses)
* Like New Original Cover Color and Gloss with minimal wear( a few surface marks)
* Solid Sharp Edges and Corners with VERY minimal to no wear
* Beautiful White page Quality
* Book Is Complete With NO: Cut Outs, Writing, stains or creases
