I believe my grading to be conservative and based on one THING, Can the book pull the said grade from Third Party Graders Like CGC, and CBCS. Ive submitted many books for grading and I have also cracked out plenty of CGC and CBCS books for my personal collection over the years. Outstanding One Owner Newsstand version of this 30 year old Topps Batman Souvenir Magazine! The book display like new quality with VERY minimal to no wear. It's tough enough to find any 30 year old magazines in higher grades, finding the Newsstand version is even more difficult to do. This Topps Movie Souvenir mag is also the one that featured the First Michael Keaton Pin up poster. I believe the Magazine is 9.4 NM Quality of better with any grading company.
One Thing is for sure.............. Your NOT finding a nicer newsstand version of this classic Batman Mag anytime soon.
