Here's a nice copy of the 16th issue of Barnyard Comics, an Animated Cartoons, Inc. (Pines) publication. Brash character Barney Rooster takes the lead position, as he did throughout most of Barnyard's run, and is joined by Doremus Dormouse, Bunny Boy, Satchel the hayseed Hound and 4 other characters in 1 to 7-page stories. All behind a cover by Vince Fago.

Artists in this issue include Jack Bradbury, Gil Turner (both Warner Bros. animators), Lynn Karp and Joe Beck.

This nice, tight, 72-year-old perfect example of 1940s Funny Animal silliness has weathered well - pages are clean and not brittle or faded, and the binding is strong.
