Story continues from Captain America 400. On the Shi'ar homeworld of Chandilar, the Avengers make one last effort to negotiate peace with Empress Lilandra! However once the fight is over, the Shi'ar Majestrix at last agrees to recall the nega-bomb and show mercy to the Kree Starforce! There's just one problem though: the nega-bomb is missing!
