It took DC until 1995 to give AQUAMAN his first ANNUAL . . . but once in the groove, they followed for the next 5 years in a row!

Here are the King of the Seas' first and third annuals -- Annual #1 from 1995 has Aquaman in his updated costume under the 'YEAR ONE' banner, and has 4 different stories relating past adventures, inside a framework of entries in his diary, which has been found by thieves looting the AquaCave! Superman and Wonder Woman are featured in 2 of the stories! A BIG 60 pages . . and square bound.

1997's Annual #3, at 68 pages, was published under the DC Pulp Heroes banner that appeared on all annuals that year - the intent was to provide stories with a noire-ish, 1930s feel to them. This issue had 3 18-page stories that followed that theme. Including "Tusk til Dawn" which featured Mr. and Mrs. Tusky the Walrus in a semi-dark story full of puns!
