First off we have to note that many issues of #136 are missing the marvel value stamp. which readers cut out.We can say that the MVS is PRESENT and INTACT in this issue!! THIS IS A VERY HIGH GRADE COPY! COMPARE THIS TO OTHER SITES! Especially the price! 7.0 to 8.0 A solid copy with off white pages, and an intact spine with no tears or splits. The front cover has NO blemishes!! The only defects are a few minor spine stress lines, and a very faint "sort of" faint corner crease in an otherwise flat,tight high grade issue. This is a guaranteed F/VF 7.0 with a possibility of UP TO an 8.0 VF. This issue is Marvel in its prime. Fresh from the DEATH of Gwen Stacy and is PACKED with emotion as Spidey relives Gwens death and is betrayed by Harry,as Harry becomes the 2nd Green Goblin! One of the best covers in the run-right up there with #122!

KEY issues like this one that are almost 50 years old will maintain value,such that higher grade copies are NOT in great supply and will therefore continue to diminish in quantity.
