It has been cleaned and pressed. In my opinion, CGC was stingy on this grade. If you know how to remove tanning, you should get a grade bump. Plus, CGC seems to have relaxed their standards and is giving out higher grades like people give out Halloween candy. Ships via USPS Priority Mail fully insured.
