AMAZING SPIDERMAN 44.The 2nd appearance of Curt Conners as the Lizard.We have been slowly releasing 1960s Amazing Spiderman comics from this original owner high grade collection.This issue features much original gloss;a nice overlap at the top,an intact spine with no splits or tears;NO corner creases and only light surface stress lines on the spine.Some call this non color breaking stress lines- what they are is ONLY on the top surface- and NOT a deeper gouge where paper is cut.Pages are mostly a supple light cream to off white.The spine is tight and firm.This comic is close to a new comic in structural integrity,lack of wear,and like new gloss,and is characteristic of many books from this collection.We have compared this issue to other sold issues that have similar wear or lack therof to arrive at a market price.
