Stan lee's amazing spider-man #289 newsstand, 1st appearance of the second hobgoblin, jason macendale, (formerly jack o' lantern). The book is in great shape and i would say around 9.2 or above. I'm not a professional grader and grading is arbitrary so, please refer to the image or images for grading.
