In #252's "Homecoming", by writers Roger Stern and Tom DeFalco with pencils & inks by Ron Frenz and Brett Breeding, SPIDER-MAN makes a shocking return in the middle of a large crowd in Central Park in his mysterious new costume (which eventually becomes the dangerous symbiote VENOM)!

And in #253's "By Myself Betrayed", by Tom DeFalco and Rick Leonardi, Peter/SPIDER-MAN assists The Daily Bugle's new sports reporter Wendy Thornton in uncovering the blackmail causing the NYC Mammoth football quarterback to throw games! It's a new boss named The ROSE, and Spidey tangles with him and his goons!

These are nice solid copies of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #252 & 253, with strong bindings, glossy covers, supple pages and bright color. The pages have little toning for a 39-year-old comics, and no foxing.
