STEVE DITKO, the creator and main artist for Spider-Man comics since 1962, handles both pencils and inks for AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #14 - the debut appearance of The Green Goblin!!

In "The Grotesque Adventure of The Green Goblin!", the Green Goblin hires the Enforcers to help him defeat Spider-Man. To further his plan he convinces B.J. Cosmos to film a movie of Spider-Man fighting the Goblin and the Enforcers in the desert. While filming, the Goblin and the Enforcers attack Spider-Man and accidentally awaken the Hulk.

This is a decent-looking and clean copy of SPIDER-MAN #14, with no cover blemishes other than a tiny nick out of the front cover at the right edge center. There is a small amount of handwriting on the splash page at the top. The pages have normal toning, but no foxing. Overstreet prices this issue in a grade of 5.0 VG/FN at $535 . . . but we think $500 is much more reasonable, and gives you this issue at the very best price on HipComic! (And our FREE shipping fee is another good reason to take this Spidey home!)
