Piece out of top right corner. Spine is worn, with small pieces missing along the length, but is still firmly attached, as is the centerfold. (NOTE: The comic does lie flat. In the scan of the spine, the edge is propped up by a pencil in order to show the spine clearly.)

About My Grading

When it comes to grading, I do not cop out and say I am not a professional (how many of us are?), and tell you to judge by the pictures. I take pride in, and stand behind my grading. My references are the Overstreet Guide to Grading Comics and certified graded comics I have examined from CGC and CBCS. The vast majority of comics I purchase, for which the seller stated a grade, I have to mark down by 2 or 3 steps -- e.g. a stated VF book will be regraded by me as F/VF or F+. It is the rare seller, indeed, who gives true, accurate, and honest grades. 

If you ever receive a comic from me that you feel is obviously overgraded, it will be due to some kind of oversight, a mistake on my part -- not noticing a particular defect, a typographical (auto-complete) error when entering info, etc. I will do  my best to correct the situation for you, whether it is a partial refund according to the difference in grades, or a full refund/return with return shipping label provided for your convenience.
