This book has deep rich color and decent eye-appeal on this all-time-classic Clark Kent Building on fire cover! With about a 1/4 inch tear at the lower-outer-edge of the front cover and half the pages inside which does not affect the artwork. With creasings at the lower-outer end of the front cover and overall light wear appropriate to grade. With standard cream pages and white inner covers. We have adjusted the grade accordingly. There is a thin tear seal on the inside front cover's outer-edge. The book comes with a certificate of authenticity from our one-owner "Boca" collection!
