There is a small tear and small chips at the outer-edge of the front cover, the rest of the book is sharp! With a little larger chip at the lower-outer end of the front cover along with cream pages and off-white Inner covers. We have adjusted the grade accordingly. This book comes with a certificate of authenticity from our one-owner, high-grade "Richmond" collection from middle Virginia!
