Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage brittleness to the cover which caused the spine to split and tape has been added to repair it and tape has been added to repair the tearing of the cover extra Staples were also added to the cover and other defects. I would call it around a 1.5 fr/gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
