Same item appeared twice in offer list

Got an offer for several comics, at bottom of list same item was listed twice to accept or decline. See uploaded image. I accepted the first offer, and both disappeared, only one appeared in the accepted offer listing afterwards.

This isn't a bug per se, as the buyer made two separate offers on the listing. It would, however, make sense not to allow a buyer to make a second offer when they already have one outstanding.
