Is there a global option you can set so purchaser can add insurance on checkout?

After a year of being unable to post new stuff because of auto accident and surgery, I am actively posting items, and trying to cleanup after the migration from BidStart.

I found the global postage settings, and did a global update for additional items cost, but I cannot find a setting where purchaser can select to add a fee for insuring a purchase. Does it exist and I have just overlooked it?

The Postage Costs and Methods you set are up to you - but there's just a single Cost for each Method you create. So for example you could offer First-Class Mail at $2.95 and Priority Mail at $6.95, etc. The buyer can then select any option you've created when they checkout.
