photocopy golden age comics

Is there a way to ban these "sellers" who post photocopies of golden age books or at least make them file their crap in a different area? I got enough problems with ebay allowing "digital" books to be listed with real books.

I agree that there should be some type of filter to isolate the photocopies books.
