A customer asked me to cancel their bid, but I can't figure out how to. Is there a way to cancel a bid for someone ?

Similar question but from buyer's perspective. I've bid in increments of $5, but my PC lagged out and instead of increasing to 90 from 85, it typed out 8590 on a book that's not worth more than 100 at least. How would this error be fixed?
