I do sometime pay the extra money for the "feature listing" but yet to see them in the feature area? am i wasting my money? or it only listed there for a small window of time?
When you list an item with the Homepage Featured upgrade, your item will appear equally on the Homepage among all other Featured items. However, note that there's a small subset of items which will show every ~5 minutes, and then they'll be changed again. So if you do not see your item at any specific given time, and you keep refreshing the page - you might not see it at that exact time. However, it will be shown equally over time on the homepage.
