Why doesn't my newly opened store not show up in the store listings?

Welcome to HipComic! The Stores directory is updated about once an hour and includes all active stores with 1 or more items currently listed.

Why do I need to put my Credit card info if I'm just using the Free option of listing 10 items??
Is there a fee for each item we sell on this website....similar to ebay??
