Items as advertised. However, I am giving a negative because this was a negative experience with this seller, I would not recommend this seller, nor will I do any further business with them. I do not give this feedback easily nor do I enjoy doing so, but because of the lack of communication, and if I hadn’t contacted them nothing may have happened, and the sense of distrust that I am left with. Just the facts: Purchased on 10/21 Contacted on 10/27 to get information. NO response until 11/11. That’s two weeks after contact -almost three since purchase. In that contact I was informed seller had been “swamped” was asked if I’d actually paid for it, then got a quick follow-on that yes, I had and that, “Package is on it’s way.” I responded within 4 hours requesting the tracking number. Repeated request for tracking number on 11/14 and received number about 3 hours later. Package delivered on 11/16.
