Not only are they unprofessionally rude in their reply to customer, they also waited over 2 weeks before actually ever shipping out a single comic I paid for. To top it off, the sent all 6 comics I won inside of a single comic sleeve with 1 backing board. That sleeve was the put into a manilla envelope and sent via USPS Media Mail with a tracking number, 18 days after my initial purchase and payment.
