This was an issue with HIP not taking off the sale when it was sold on ebay. Not our fault and no reason to leave us a negative for it. We explained what happened and you said you appreciated our honesty.

Hip did not inform us about LOTS being auctioned off. We had a few neglectful ex-employees sell a bunch of our lot stock in the past and they never took them off inventory. We apologized and refunded you in full. Not sure why we deserved a negative feedback for this.
