Issue Description
Jon’s quiet cemetery is invaded by a horde of fleshing eating ghouls. Meanwhile Tarot is revisited by her old Love, Boo Cat. Werecats and Vampire Girls and Witches…OH MY!
SynopsisTarot is awakened one night by a dream that seems far too real. She can taste Boo Cat on her lips as if she had actually been in the room and kissed Tarot. Tarot knows something must be wrong and gets up to dress. Sure enough, Boo Cat arrives and pleads for Tarot's help. Boo Cat's girlfriend, Licorice Dust, has been stabbed by a stake and is lying in the Salem Woods Cemetery. She adds that strange creatures leapt from the woods and attacked. Tarot does not want to help since it was Licorice Dust who stole Boo Cat from her some years prior. Boo Cat reasons, however, that she and Licorice Dust were attacked because of the attention witches were getting due to Raven Hex's actions on Halloween so Tarot should share some responsibility. Tarot refuses to go to help Boo Cat, but will go to protect Jon from any creatures that may have followed Boo Cat to the cemetery.
Sure enough, the creatures make their way to Jon's cemetery. Not knowing that the creatures are bone-craving beasts, Jon dresses as Skeleton Man and attempts to scare the trespassers off the land. The creatures turn on Jon and he find a tomb to hide in. It happens to be the very tomb Licorice Dust is resting in. She, in fact, has awoken and pulled the stake from her chest (it had narrowly missed her heart). She accuses Jon of being another attacker and tries to bite him. She is interrupted by the creatures barging into the tomb. Licorice Dust flees out the tomb's roof and Jon follows. They are nearly overcome when Boo Cat and Tarot arrive. The creatures are vanquished and Boo Cat and Licorice Dust are reunited.
Later that night, Tarot has another vivid dream of Boo Cat entering her room. She learns that old flames die hard.
