After hearing Wonder Man has returned once more, his old pal the Beast makes an appearance to visit him. Beast, Vision, Wonder Man, and Scarlet Witch go out to the bar and discuss Simon's situation. The Avengers confront Pagan, a warrior, and manages to lure him away from the city. Scarlet Witch confronts Captain America. Beast once again leaves. Through the issue, Busiek and Perez narrate in person.
